UV Coating Machine

Purpose: Suitable for UV coating. (Coating of optical films such as laptop touchpads and mobile phone display films)

Features:

1. Automatic tension control is used for unwinding and rewinding, and ultrasonic automatic deviation correction is adopted.

2. The oven of the UV coating machine is designed in a flat type. The UV lamp is controlled by a stepless power supply to precisely control the UV light source. The air nozzles and inner liner are made of 304 stainless steel. The guide rollers inside the oven are driven and synchronized with the main machine.
