Purpose: The silicone oil coating machine is mainly used for coating silicone oil on the surface of paper and film.

Characteristics:

1. The unwinding and rewinding adopt double-station non-stop splicing, with automatic tension control and ultrasonic automatic deviation correction.

2. The oven adopts an arched design. The oven temperature is controlled in sections, and the fan is controlled by frequency conversion. The air nozzles and inner liner are made of 304 stainless steel. The guide rollers inside the oven are active and synchronized with the main machine.

3. The silicone oil coating machine adopts PLC full-automatic tension control, is equipped with a human-machine interface, and has the advantages of accuracy, sensitivity, easy operation, and anti-interference.
