Purpose: The electrical insulation tape coater is suitable for coating PVC electrical insulation tapes.

Features:

1. The unwinding and rewinding adopt double-station non-stop splicing, with automatic tension control and ultrasonic automatic deviation correction.

2. The oven is designed in an arch shape. The oven temperature is controlled in sections, and the fan is controlled by frequency conversion. The air nozzles and inner liner are made of 304 stainless steel. The guide rollers inside the oven are driven and synchronized with the main machine.

3. The electrical insulation tape coater adopts PLC full-automatic tension control, equipped with a human-machine interface, which has the advantages of accuracy, sensitivity, easy operation, and anti-interference.
