Of course, we can choose adhesives that are resistant to high temperatures and have good baking properties to cope with higher drying temperatures, such as polyurethane adhesives.

2. Increase the amount of glue, too little amount of glue or some substrates are not coated with adhesive, which will cause the two substrates to be difficult to fit when composite. We can choose a deep anilox roller, or increase the amount of glue on the surface of the substrate by increasing the pressure of the rubber roller and reducing the contact pressure between the scraper and the anilox roller. For some plastic film substrates, corona treatment can be carried out before coating, which improves the ability of the substrate to adsorb adhesives and increases the amount of glue applied on its surface.

3. Appropriately increase the composite pressure, the compound pressure is too large or the pressure at both ends of the composite roller is uneven, which will cause the surface of the composite film to wrinkle, and the folds after the composite form an empty tunnel, which will affect the bonding fastness of the finished product. Increasing the pressure of the composite is conducive to improving the adhesion of the compound. In addition, in order to improve the bonding effect and quality of the composite film, it is necessary to avoid foreign matter, dust and other debris adhering to the adhesive or the composite surface of the substrate as much as possible.
