2. Gravure direct coating head

Coating thickness range: 15 g/square > wet glue

The characteristics of the coating head: the adhesive is not volatilized by extruding the mold, so it is solvent-free, suitable for coating the surface of irregular substrates, and suitable for coating adhesives with large volatilization of low boiling solvents, the viscosity range of the coated adhesive is also relatively wide, and the slit coating accuracy on the market can even be controlled to 1 micron of dry glue.
